What's the most positive thing that religion offer?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 29, 2007:

Seaside-to-heaven
For me, religion gives people the chance to explore the supernatural aspects of life without being seen as a "crazy" person. Even if everything can be used only to an extent. Religion has been with us for so long that the boundries are very wide and easy to bend to ones need. Which hopefully gives a person the chance to find them selves in a higher level of consciousness. I have no religion, I only see religion and gods as nextdoor neighbours. You never really meet or talk to them. But sometimes you get invited over for coffe and cake.

I read a lot of answers to this question.  You found something that surprises me and makes me think.

It’s all a matter of perspektiv and I’m glad that I found a new one for us.
